My Foundation Collection

So next in my brilliant and highly anticipated series that is My Make Up Collection, I bring you foundations! Yay, round of applause.  So, here we have my hugely extensive pile:
I know, I know, I really need to have a massive clearout of all this stuff lying around!  I don't have a particularly strong obsession with foundations, although the more blogs I read, the more stuff I want to try (Mac, MUFE, Chanel, YSL, etc, etc.) so, I don't feel the need to have loads of products in one go.

From front left:
L'Oreal Matte Morphose, reviewed here
Collection 2000 Perfecting Minerals, reviewed here
No7 Lift & Luminate
Botanics Tinted Moisturiser
Natural Collection bronzer - I know this isn't technically foundation but it's a base product and the only bronzer I have so it had nowhere else to go

I haven't tried the No7 one yet - I bought it recently with one of the £5 till spits as I thought it was the Protect & Perfect one and didn't realise until I'd got it home.  I could have probably returned it but I get shy about returning things, so am hanging onto it.  Colour looks like, possibly a touch on the dark side so I'll wait until I have a tan before I give it a proper go.

Similarly, the Botanics tinted moisturise was purchased as part of a 3 for 2 offer, and is slightly too dark for me (I think they only do the one shade) but with a tan it'll be perfect. It's a nice consistency and nicely sheer too, so you won't get any caking I wouldn't have thought.

The Natural Collection bronzer isn't amazing.  I'm scared of bronzers and don't know what to do with them, so never use them.  I got this because I thought it would be a very gentle introduction.  It's pretty, but barely visible and it has a little too much shimmer for me, but it is nice as a subtle blush/highlight.  Not a repurchase but not a regret either.

By far, the Collection 2000 Perfecting Minerals is my favourite.  I just can't get over how good it is for the price (£5.99) and the longevity, both on my face and in the pot.  I've been using this every day for about 4 months now and it's nowhere near finished. AMAZEBALLS.

So, there we have my paltry collection.  I have my eye on a matte-looking Rimmel bronzer I've spied, to further dip my toes into that water, and have also added two finishing powders to my life since photographing this, which I would have included.  They are the Sleek one (brilliant, sparkly but not too much) and the E.L.F. High Definition one (again, BRILLIANT) but I am planning separate reviews on both of those.

Hope you enjoyed this little further peek into my collection - suggestions for more face products gladly welcome!
