A couple of weeks ago, I was doing some Christmas shopping online (I know, I am organised, and very smug about it) and at the same time browsing some favourite blogs. The brilliant Beauty Junkie in London had posted about an offer HQHair we running in conjunction with Vogue's Fashion Night Out. The first 300 people to buy something from HQHair and enter the code would get a free gift.
As it happens, I was buying something from HQHair, so, thinking I'd be too late, bunged the code in the box at the end anyway and forgot about it. Anyway, when I got my package a couple of days later, lo and behold, I had got the gift! I was thrilled. Look!
Lots of lovely samples which all came packed in the lovely Paul & Joe canvas bag. There's a Philip Kingsley Scalp Mask, a teeny weeny bottle of Moroccan Oil, a Philosophy facial cleanser, a Frederic Fekkai mask for coloured hair, and finally a dinky Nars Multiple in South Beach.
I'm very happy with my little gift - sorry this is now out of date, but the moral of this post is to always try codes and enter random competitions you see, even if you don't think anything will come of it. I didn't either, but for once, it worked!
